What is Shaheen Arabia's relationship with Falcon Group?
Shaheen Arabia is a Falcon Group company with its own manufacturing and engineering operation in Jubail. It is not a sales or representative office. Customers work with a local Saudi team supported by Falcon Group's wider engineering experience.
Where are you located?
Our operation, manufacturing, engineering and sales support are based in the First Industrial Support Area of Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.
What makes Shaheen Arabia's bearing capability different?
Shaheen Arabia is Saudi Arabia's only white metal bearing manufacturer, with local capability to manufacture and refurbish hydrodynamic white metal bearings and related rotating equipment components.
Bearings & Rotating Equipment Components
What bearings do you manufacture and refurbish?
Journal or sleeve bearings, thrust bearings, combined journal-and-thrust bearings, tilting-pad journal bearings, pressure-dam bearings, thrust pads, journal pads and other approved white metal bearing types, plus relevant seals, deflectors and related components.
Do you overhaul complete turbines, pumps, compressors or motors?
Our stated scope is the bearings and related components used inside rotating equipment. We do not present Shaheen Arabia as a complete rotating-equipment overhaul company.
What warranty do you offer on bearings?
The standard published position is 8,000 working hours / one year on manufactured and refurbished bearings, subject to the applicable quotation and warranty terms.
What white metal do you use?
The alloy and material route are selected according to the component specification and application. White metal lined components undergo the applicable process controls, finishing, dimensional inspection and ultrasonic bond testing.
Cutting Tools
Can you make a tool that is not available locally?
Yes. Shaheen Arabia designs and manufactures bespoke carbide, brazed and fabricated tools around the customer's application, material and geometry.
Do you offer regrinding?
Yes. The Jubail regrinding facility restores suitable worn carbide tools to usable geometry, subject to condition and technical assessment.
Machining, Reverse Engineering & Quality
What machining services do you offer?
Core services include CNC and conventional machining, custom fabrication and welding, gun and BTA drilling, reverse engineering and turnkey component manufacture. Complementary services such as CMM, wire EDM, laser cutting, waterjet, plasma cutting, 3D printing and selected coatings can be coordinated through Falcon Group or approved specialist partners.
Can you reproduce an obsolete component?
Yes. Shaheen Arabia can inspect a physical sample or available technical data, develop the required dimensions and manufacture an approved duplicate or modified design.
How do you assure quality?
Through ISO-certified systems and job-specific inspection, including goods-inward checks, dimensional and visual inspection, ultrasonic and other applicable NDT, final inspection and relevant certification before dispatch.
