Where are you located?
Our operation, manufacturing, engineering and sales support are based in the First Industrial Support Area of Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.
Can you reline a bearing in Saudi Arabia instead of sending it abroad?
Yes. White metal bearings are relined by centrifugal casting, static casting or GTA application in Jubail, then machined, lapped and ultrasonically bond-tested before return.
Bearings & Rotating Equipment Components
What bearings do you manufacture and refurbish?
Journal or sleeve bearings, thrust bearings, combined journal-and-thrust bearings, tilting-pad journal bearings, pressure-dam bearings, thrust pads, journal pads and other approved white metal bearing types, plus relevant seals, deflectors and related components.
Do you overhaul complete turbines, pumps, compressors or motors?
Our stated scope is the bearings and related components used inside rotating equipment. We do not present Shaheen Arabia as a complete rotating-equipment overhaul company.
What warranty do you offer on bearings?
Manufactured and refurbished white metal bearings are covered by a warranty of 8,000 working hours or one year, subject to the warranty terms stated in the quotation. Full warranty details →
What white metal do you use?
The alloy and material route are selected according to the component specification and application. White metal lined components undergo the applicable process controls, finishing, dimensional inspection and ultrasonic bond testing.
Cutting Tools
Can you make a tool that is not available locally?
Yes. Shaheen Arabia designs and manufactures bespoke carbide, brazed and fabricated tools around the customer's application, material and geometry.
Do you offer regrinding?
Yes. The Jubail regrinding facility restores suitable worn carbide tools to usable geometry, subject to condition and technical assessment.
Automation
Do you install automation systems yourselves, or through Falcon Group?
Automation and control-system projects are delivered by the Shaheen Arabia team in Jubail, supported by Falcon Group's wider automation platforms and experience where the project scope requires it.
What information do you need to scope an automation project?
A process description, control architecture, required data points and the operational objective for the system; the team confirms any additional technical requirements after initial review.
Do you provide ongoing support after commissioning?
Lifecycle and migration support can be arranged; scope and terms are confirmed per project.
Machining, Reverse Engineering & Quality
What machining services do you offer?
CNC and conventional machining, fabrication and welding, deep-hole drilling, reverse engineering and turnkey component manufacture are carried out in Jubail. Other processes are coordinated through Falcon Group or approved partners — see the full capability list.
Can you reproduce an obsolete component?
Yes. Shaheen Arabia can inspect a physical sample or available technical data, develop the required dimensions and manufacture an approved duplicate or modified design.
How do you assure quality?
