    Goods-Inward Inspection

    A dimensional and visual assessment records the received condition of the component and establishes repair feasibility.

  2. 02

    Process Inspection

    Manufactured and refurbished components undergo the inspections applicable to the job, including visual, dimensional, surface-finish, ultrasonic and dye-penetrant checks where specified.

  3. 03

    Final Inspection & Certification

    Critical dimensions are checked against approved drawings or requirements. White metal lined components are ultrasonically tested and issued with relevant bond-test documentation.

  4. 04

    Packaging for Transport & Storage

    Jobs are packed for safe handling, identification by customer reference and protection during transport and storage.

Manufactured and refurbished bearings are backed by an 8,000-working-hour / one-year warranty, subject to the applicable quotation, operating conditions and warranty terms.
